So here’s the deal. . .

We’ve all heard that the earth is heating up. Global warming is a HUGE problem – but what can YOU do about it?

ROCK OUT! THAT’S WHAT! We’re raising awareness about Global Warming. We’ve decided to put together a compilation CD of local Adelaide bands. We need 20 Adelaide bands, who can write and record their own stuff.

Hopefully, if you're on this site, it means that you're interested in being a part of this CD!

If you wanna be on the CD, then all you have to do is write a song about global warming. We're mainly looking for bands or singers who are under 18 years of age or are still at school. This CD represents musically tallented (or seriously cool) kids who want to help save the world, but can't vote yet. We’re looking for all genres – rock, rap, alternative, punk, acoustic, metal, indie, hip-hop – ANYTHING!!

In terms of recording and stuff, it would be awesome if you could organise recording your fantabulous songs for yourself, since we dont have any money. But if you can't, then that's fine -- we'll help you organise something. If you're really keen, then leave a message on the shoutbox/comment board. give us your name, school, email adress and band name. we'll get in touch with you, and arrange to meet you and hear your song! Please, please, please help. By helping to raise awarness, you're helping the world take the its first steps towards a better future.
