WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All Youth Leaders aged between 15 - 18 years old are invited to be a part of the Australian Youth Leadership Conference! With Leaders from Local Community Organisations, School Leaders, Youth Representatives Councils, and even Duke of Edinburgh Participants – The Conference thrives on the diversity and differences of all our participants. We value being able to offer these vastly different opinions and approaches from all our participating organisations.

QUALIFICATION FOR DUKE OF EDINBURGH AWARD
By attending our Conference Prep and Completion Day, and the 3 day Residential Conference, Duke of Edinburgh participants may submit The Conference as their GOLD LEVEL RESIDENTIAL PROJECT.



2. CONFERENCE SEMINAR WORKBOOKS

Each participant received a Conference Workbook / Journal allowing all experiences, thoughts and even revelations to be recorded and not lost. The Conference is structured to ensure that participants not only have amazing experiences, but also remember how to continually improve their Leadership abilities and skills.



3. THE CONFERENCE DVD

A new addition for all Conference Participants and is the Conference DVD. This digital record features edited Conference Highlights and is bundled together with other relevant leadership information. We have found this digital memory of the Conference allows all participants to remember about their experiences of the three days, recalling activities and thoughts – and acts as a more youth orientated way to maintaining and increasing their leadership aspirations.



4. THE CONFERENCE INVESTMENT

The Conference has the one set participant fee per person. This single investment covers all needs of the participant: all required conference equipment, all meals for the 3 days, accommodation and entry to all sessions and activities. Participants also receive the Conference DVD complimentary!

OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM: - Project and Committee Leaders, and Mentors:

We carefully select and build each Leadership Team for our Conferences. The Conference is delivered by our Senior Facilitators, who all have extensive backgrounds in Leadership and Motivation training. Our Senior Facilitators will guide and enthuse your Representatives into becoming more effective in their leadership roles, as well show them how to maximize the output of their leadership teams!

Complimenting our Facilitators are our Youth Leaders and project mentors. These key leaders are selected from our extensive preferred leader’s lists, with each of them all having graduated from the Conference themselves. All our leaders volunteer to return and lead at the Conference. These amazing young leaders all embrace the opportunity to help make the Conference experience not only as special, but better, then what they experienced when they were participants! They love what we do so much they demand to come back and lead at the conference!
