business, and financial literacy workshops for young people!

Attitude is everything as a FRANK Team Facilitator. Every person at The
FRANK Team is a socially-minded, enterprising young person that works
hard, inspires young people, and wants to make a difference! You need to
be fun, genuine, and if you’ve got experience running your own business,

Must haves:

• Facilitation and/or training experience

• Superior public speaking and group presentation skills

• EXTREMELY energetic and positive, can-do attitude, highly creative

• Ability to relate to young people in an energising and supportive manner

• Entrepreneurial spirit & skills

• Experience in running a business (preferred, but not essential)

• Excellent personal presentation

• Youth leadership / motivation knowledge and skills

• Appreciation of the unique needs of young people and their diverse
backgrounds

• Flexible diary and availability to travel

• A registered business name and ABN, or a willingness to obtain these

Terms:
This is a paid contract position. You can be based ANYWHERE in
Australia, though we are especially interested in the following areas:

1. Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

2. Regional areas of all states
