Monies raised from the diaries go to the YWCA Australia partnership with FOKUPERS.

FOKUPERS supports women survivors of violence, provides counselling, public education, videos, printed materials and advocacy on issues especially related to domestic violence. FOKUPERS also provides the only battered women and children’s shelter and full day care service in Timor.
